Local delivery will be delivered within 2-7 working days upon order placement.

• Shipment Tracking: When your order is shipped, we’ll send you an order confirmation mail with a tracking code. You can use this code to check on your shipment at DHL/FEDEX/S.F Express.

Instead of exchange, ACRYLITE promises to provide you with a ’7 day Unconditional Return’ upon your receival. Please make sure that the original package is intact. The return policy is limited to the following circumstance:

• The item is in a condition that can be sold again
• The item is unworn, unused and unwashed
• All product tags are presented

  If you would like to return your order, please email us at cs@acryt.fr, message us at our Facebook page or contact us at +33 (1) 0609582934. You will then be provided with a return code. Please indicate the code on the parcel when you send back the package.

• Choose from one of the following ways to return the products:

  (a)Returned the products to one of our selected stores (free of charge)

  (b)Send the products to us through couriers (Customers will need to bear the return shipping fee)

• Once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy all return conditions, we will arrange your refund as soon as possible.
